Accountant - ACC

The Accountant is responsible for the full scope of finance and controlling for the general ledger and relevant operation.

Job Description :

• Recording daily transactions (invoice, AP, AR, inventory etc) accurately into accounting system (MYOB)
• Responsible for accurate and timely monthly reporting of financial statements and analysis in accordance with accounting principles and company policies
• Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, forecast, planning/budgeting in coordination with Operation and Group Finance
• Review employee reimbursement claims to ensure compliance with company policy
• Develop and document efficient and effective controls on processes
• Constantly review and maintain of internal control system and make recommendations to the management on the effectiveness of the current processes
• Ensure and controlling remote area to be in line with Business Unit policy and Group Policy
• Manage the cash flow of the Business Unit

Job Description :

• Strong integrity
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years experience in Finance/Accounting
• Professional qualification in Accountancy preferred
• Thorough understanding of US and local GAAP
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)  
•  Handle any ad hoc projects as required by management.
